The turnover in Twitter?s CEO chair may be over, but the company is still struggling to find permanence at the VP level.
Last November, head of communications Sean Garrett left, resigning with a series of semi-random Tweets. We?ve learned that the company has retained search firm Russell Reynolds to find a new vice president of corporate communications, and they?re beating the bushes as we speak.
The role will report to surprisingly hard-core CEO Dick Costolo who has a strict zero tolerance policy for leaks. (Not sure how that ties into the bats, but it seemed an appropriate image.) So much so, that he kicked investors off of his board. Since then, leaks have been few and far between, much to PandoDaily?s chagrin.
I have a hunch whoever he hires is going to be incredibly tight-lipped: Good news for Costolo, bad news for sites like ours.
