A perfect life ( needs a female)

So what would happen if you were just a normal kid with a normal family, but one day you come home and find that there is a strange teenager sitting in your house. But he isn't a stranger at all, your parents explain that he is your twin brother who has spent almost all of his life in a special care facility as both your parents and him were involved in a car accident causing brain damage to your brothers mind and they had no other option but to leave him in the care of others, visiting whenever they could. So as the sister do you accept your brother who hardly speaks and has no understanding of the world around him, or do you disown him and get on with your seemingly perfect life.
