Milan court rejects request to move Berlusconi trial (Reuters)

MILAN (Reuters) ? A Milan court on Monday rejected a defense request to move a sex trial against Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi to a special tribunal for ministers in Rome.

Berlusconi's layers have been trying to move the case away from the Milan judges, saying they are biased against the prime minister. The final decision is due to be made by Italy's constitutional court.
