The Atlantic Cape Community College Foundation will sponsor two free workshops this fall at the Cape May County Campus, 341 Court House-South Dennis Road, in Cape May Court House.
- Fundamentals of Investing will help participants boost their investment knowledge in two sessions: Why Invest? and Where to Invest? These sessions feature discussions about the reasons for investing, the challenges of investing, a review of the various types of investment opportunities and the impact of the risk and returns, 6-8 p.m., Sept. 11 and 18.
- Planning Your Estate & Charitable Giving will address a variety of estate planning topics, including: goals, financial objectives, record keeping, beneficiary designation, will, power of attorney, estate planning needs, Medicare, long-term care policies, probate process, trusts and estate taxes. Charitable gifting as it relates to tax savings will also be discussed, 6-8:30 p.m., Oct. 9.
