Hands up if you?ve got Samsung?s flagship device, the Galaxy S3, but desperately want it to make the jump to Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean)? Yeah, that?s pretty much everyone. Well, the final version of the ROM isn?t completely cooked all the way through yet, but it has leaked out?
The ROM, which is presumably giving Samsung?s software engineers some headaches as you read this, has found it?s way into a handset, and is the star of the below video. There?s no download link this time, but you can at least see what?s new:
There?s not an awful lot to shout about. As expected, the Galaxy S3?s version of Jelly Bean remains mostly smeared over with the TouchWiz skin. That said, you can see that everything?s a bit smoother thanks to Google?s Project Butter tweaking, and the notifications window sports the new and improved functionality.
